This Privacy Policy explains how Anya & Lolo (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use our Patreon Rewards & Key Redeem pages.

We use Patreon authentication to verify membership and grant digital rewards. We do not sell your personal data.

What we collect

Patreon account data (via Patreon OAuth): when you connect Patreon, we receive the minimum data needed to confirm your membership status and support level for our campaign (for example: whether you are an active patron, and information used to calculate credits).
Session token stored on your device: the site stores a session value in your browser storage (for example localStorage) so you stay logged in.
Support diagnostics: your device generates a random “Support ID” (saved locally) and sends it with API requests. This helps us troubleshoot issues (for example, if a user reports missing credits/unlocks).
Redeem / unlock information: if you redeem a reward, our system records that entitlement so it can appear in “Your Unlocks” and to prevent duplicates.
Basic technical data: like browser type (user agent) and page path, used for debugging and security.

How we use information

To verify Patreon connection and membership status.
To calculate and display your credits based on eligible paid support.
To let you redeem rewards and show your unlocked items/keys.
To prevent fraud/abuse (for example, repeated redeems).
To provide support and fix bugs (using Support ID + diagnostics you choose to share).

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your Patreon personal data with unrelated third parties for marketing.

Cookies and local storage

This site may use localStorage (and similar browser storage) to store your session and preferences (for example: the session token, “Support ID”, last-seen activity timestamps). You can clear this at any time in your browser settings. Clearing storage may log you out.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party services to operate:

Patreon for authentication and membership verification (their privacy policy applies to your Patreon account).
Hosting / infrastructure (for example, website hosting and API hosting) to deliver the site and process requests.
itch.io for redeeming digital keys (if a reward provides an itch.io key/link).

Sharing information

We only share information when necessary to operate the service (for example, with Patreon for login verification), to comply with legal obligations, or to protect our users and service from abuse.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your unlock keys private and do not share your session token.

Your choices

Disconnect / log out: you can remove the stored session by clearing site storage in your browser.
Support diagnostics: you choose whether to share the “Copy Support Info” text with us.

Children

This service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we’ll address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
