Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

You must be able to legally use Patreon and any connected platforms (like itch.io) in your country. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent/guardian.

2) Patreon connection

The Service uses Patreon authentication to verify membership and determine credits/rewards. You are responsible for keeping your Patreon account secure.

3) Credits and rewards

• Credits are a convenience system used to unlock certain digital rewards.
• Credits may be based on eligible paid support, as shown in the Service.
• Reward availability may be limited (for example, limited key inventory).
• We may update reward pricing, availability, and rules to prevent abuse or reflect changes to offerings.

4) Digital keys / unlocks

• Some rewards provide third-party keys or links (for example, itch.io keys). Treat these as private.
• Do not resell, share, leak, or publicly post keys.
• If a key is redeemed/claimed on a third-party platform, that platform’s terms apply.

5) No refunds

Patreon support is generally non-refundable, and digital rewards are provided as-is. If you believe there is an error (for example, missing credits or a broken key), contact us and we’ll try to help.

6) Changes, suspension, and termination

Access to rewards and the Service may change, pause, or end at any time (for example, if we discontinue a reward, rotate inventory, or a platform changes). We may suspend access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or automated redemption.

7) Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not abuse redemption systems (for example, repeated attempts, automation, or impersonation).
• Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others.

8) Disclaimer

The Service and rewards are provided “as-is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.

9) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Anya & Lolo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service or rewards.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
